Business Development Manager (Mandarin Required)

Responsibilities:

• Mergers and Acquisitions: Identify potential M&A opportunities and lead negotiations to successful closures

• Agency Experience: Leverage existing agency relationships to expand our client base and market reach

• Local Market Understanding: Analyze and interpret local market architectures to inform strategic decisions

• Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate various projects, ensuring they align with company objectives and are delivered on time

• Communication: Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders

• Flexibility: Adapt to changing market conditions and organizational needs with agility

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, specifically in mergers and acquisitions

• Proven agency experience with a track record of successful client acquisitions

• Strong understanding of local market structures and dynamics

• Exceptional coordination and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively

• High level of flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English
